20 - Modern Day Slavery
|
| Exodus 22:21 Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. | Exodus 23:9 Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. |
|
Deuteronomy 24:14.
Thou shalt not oppress an hired
servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or
of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates: Zechariah 7:10. And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart. |
Malachi 3:5. And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts. |
Internal Slaves: The African-Americans ended up on American shores as a result of the Jewish controlled slave trade. The White European Christians getting ALL the blame. Look up “Who brought the slaves to America” in any search engine such as www.Google.com.
Lincoln ‘freed the slaves’ and the imposed 14th Amendment made them citizens. Today, these internal plantation slaves have been replaced by immigrants, illegal aliens and guest workers. This oppression justified by saying. “They do ‘jobs that Americans don’t want’.” This deceptive euphemism ‘jobs that Americans don’t want’ is used as a justification for allowing employers to increase profits by paying low wages for hard work.
What’s not wanted by Americans are jobs that oppress the needy and do not pay a living wage. If the poor immigrants were not in the land the wage level would be much higher and Americans seeking employment would fill those very same jobs. If American owned factories in foreign lands paid a decent wage there would be less need to come to America.
In the past, the vast number of Americans had jobs that paid a living wage. As time goes by this has changed. Now, to make ends meet, both husband and wife need employment. The number of children the parents can support is smaller and smaller.
Definitions of living wage on the Web:
A wage sufficient to meet the basic needs of a worker and their dependents.
A wage sufficient for a worker and family to subsist comfortably.
Living wage refers to the hourly wage that one deems necessary for a person to achieve a basic standard of living. In the context of developed countries such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this standard is generally considered to require that a person working forty hours a week, with no additional income, should be able to afford housing, food, utilities, transport, health care and a certain amount of recreation. This concept differs from the minimum wage because the latter is set by law and may fail to meet the requirements of a living wage. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Living_wage
Jobs Americans want, jobs all people of all nations want are not Slave Wage or Minimum Wage jobs, rather Living Wage jobs.
Before the time of ‘jobs that Americans don’t want’ the railroads were built with a form of slave labor. Industrialists imported Chinese to build railroads under slave like conditions. This is what you can read in the Supreme Court case of Holy Trinity Church v. U.S. 143 U.S. 457, 465.
This small part of the case is about Chinese immigrants working on the railroad and the evil situation they were in.
Background comment: This case began when Holy Trinity Church brought a minister from England to pastor their church. A bureaucrat charged the church with illegally “importing alien labor under contract”. The church argued that, while the church did violate the letter of the law it did not violate the intent of the law.
Are you wondering, in America there is supposed to be “freedom of religion”? So, how could the State bring the Church into court? The answer: Holy Trinity Church came under the court’s jurisdiction when it voluntarily became a state chartered tax-exempt non-profit corporation. Today these are called 501c3 churches.
The court said, “Plaintiff in error (Holy Trinity Church) is a corporation duly organized and incorporated as a religious society under the laws of the state of New York.”
When siding with the church the U.S. Supreme Court said:
|
“ Again, another guide to the meaning of a statute is found in the evil which it is designed to remedy; and for this the court properly looks at contemporaneous events, the situation as it existed, and as it was pressed upon the attention of the legislative body. U. S. v. Railroad Co., 91 U. S. 72, 79. The situation which called for this statute was briefly but fully stated by Mr. Justice BROWN when, as district judge, he decided the case of U. S. v. Craig, 28 Fed. Rep. 795, 798: 'The motives and history of the act are matters of common knowledge. It had become the practice for large capitalists in this country to contract with their agents abroad for the shipment of great numbers of an ignorant and servile class of foreign laborers, under contracts by which the employer agreed, upon the one hand, to prepay their passage, while, upon the other hand, the laborers agreed to work after their arrival for a certain time at a low rate of wages. The effect of this was to break down the labor market, and to reduce other laborers engaged in like occupations to the level [143 U.S. 457, 464] of the assisted immigrant. The evil finally became so flagrant that an appeal was made to congress for relief by the passage of the act in question, the design of which was to raise the standard of foreign immigrants, and to discountenance the migration of those who had not sufficient means in their own hands, or those of their friends, to pay their passage.' It appears, also, from the petitions, and in the testimony presented before the committees of congress, that it was this cheap, unskilled labor which was making the trouble, and the influx of which congress sought to prevent.
A singular circumstance, throwing light upon the intent of congress, is found in this extract from the report of the senate committee on education and labor, recommending the passage of the bill: 'The general facts and considerations which induce the committee to recommend the passage of this bill are set forth in the report of the committee of the house. The committee report the bill back without amendment, although there are certain features thereof which might well be changed or modified, in the hope that the bill may not fail of passage during the present session. Especially would the committee have otherwise recommended amendments, substituting for the expression, 'labor and service,' whenever it occurs in the body of the bill, the words 'manual labor' or 'manual service,' as sufficiently broad to accomplish the purposes of the bill, and that such amendments would remove objections which a sharp and perhaps unfriendly criticism may urge to the proposed legislation. The committee, however, believing that the bill in its present form will be construed as including only those whose labor or service is manual in character, and being very desirous that the bill become a law before the adjournment, have reported the bill without [143 U.S. 457, 465] change.' Page 6059, Congressional Record, 48th Cong. And, referring back to the report of the committee of the house, there appears this language: 'It seeks to restrain and prohibit the immigration or importation of laborers who would have never seen our shores but for the inducements and allurements of men whose only object is to obtain labor at the lowest possible rate, regardless of the social and material well-being of our own citizens, and regardless of the evil consequences which result to American laborers from such immigration. This class of immigrants care nothing about our institutions, and in many instances never even heard of them. They are men whose passage is paid by the importers. They come here under contract to labor for a certain number of years. They are ignorant of our social condition, and, that they may remain so, they are isolated and prevented from coming into contact with Americans. They are generally from the lowest social stratum, and live upon the coarsest food, and in hovels of a character before unknown to American workmen. They, as a rule, do not become citizens, and are certainly not a desirable acquisition to the body politic. The inevitable tendency of their presence among us is to degrade American labor, and to reduce it to the level of the imported pauper labor.' Page 5359, Congressional Record, 48th Cong. We find, therefore, that the title of the act, the evil which was intended to be remedied, the circumstances surrounding the appeal to congress, the reports of the committee of each house, all concur in affirming that the intent of congress was simply to stay the influx of this cheap, unskilled labor.” |
Comment: Again, this case got its start when Holy Trinity Church brought a minister from England to pastor their church. A bureaucrat charged the church with “importing alien labor under contract”.
A far wiser Congress of times past saw that the importation of cheap labor was evil and forbid it. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed.
Deuteronomy 24:14. Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:
Today big business simply leaves the Chinaman in China and fills the Big Box Stores with high profit, slave wage products. ( Search on Google Video for JibJab Big Box Mart)
Jobs that cannot be ‘out sourced’ are given, as much as possible, to immigrants at slave wage levels.
This not only provides low wageworkers, it also lowers the overall wage level of others. (In 2006) Some estimate that, because of guest workers and ‘out sourcing’ the average United States wage, depending on occupation, has fallen between $1,000 and $8,000 dollars per year.
Many of the ‘downsized’ wageworkers now find their once good paying jobs at such low-income levels that they likewise are entitled welfare handouts. In addition, many Americans who previously paid Federal Income Taxes now receive ‘earned income credits’ of up to $4,000 per year.
The White-Europeans and other hard working Americans find their wage levels sinking lower and lower. (Further immigration does not help those already here.) In the words of Trinity Church v. U.S. above “The inevitable tendency of their presence among us is to degrade American labor, and to reduce it to the level of the imported pauper labor.
In the Bible, the English word translated inherit comes from two different
Hebrew words, yarash ( ירש ) and nachal
(נחל). The first is yarash ( ירש )
which means to possess or conquer a land even to drive out the present
occupants. The second Hebrew word translated inherit is nachal (נחל). This
‘inherit’ has to do with keeping the land once you have obtained it.

Step One. (yarash) To obtain the land. When the White Europeans came to North America they yarash the land. That is, they were not immigrants, rather they were colonists, pioneers, conquerors. They came to possess or conquer a land even to drive out the present occupants. The Israelites of old ‘yarashed’ Palestine away from the Cananites and others as recorded in the Old Testament. To illustrate the point, in the text below from Genesis 15 and 28 were ‘yarash’ means ‘to obtain’.
Step Two. (nachal) To keep the land ‘for us and our posterity’. This ‘nachal’ is the second Hebrew word translated into the English inherit. Its definition is:
Nachal: To keep, to divide, to defend and to pass on to your heirs. To prevent other peoples from either yarish(ing) or nachal(ing) the land.
| Genesis 15:7-8 7. And he said unto him, I am the LORD that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit (obtain-yarash) it. 8. And he said, Lord GOD, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit (obtain) it? | Genesis 28:4. And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit (obtain-yarash) the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham. |
Scriptures For America offers a DVD titled
From Abraham to America.
The Israelites of Old Testament times failed to ‘naschal’ the land. Because
of continued disobedience their landlord God, he evicted them and put other
tenants in their place. God’s ‘sheriff’ sent to evicted them was the armies
of Assyria and Babylon. The evicted eventually found another home in Europe.
Mexico: Concerning the present situation between the U.S.A. and Mexico. In the past the Europeans yarash(ed) land from Mexicans. This was the U.S. Mexican War of 1846-1848. Today the White European American posterity is doing a very poor job of nachal(ing) the land.
The U.S.- Mexico border is easily crossed. Most Mexicans who cross the
border are allowed to stay. The Mexicans are yarash(ing) the land
back from the Europeans via immigration
No guns or army needed. Simply (1) cross the border, (2) buy property or get a job, (3) register to vote (4) have babies (5) help bring in relatives (6) elect Mexicans to office. Each of the 6 above items disposes primarily the White European. And after the 'Gringo' is dispossessed ALL others such as 'Native Americans' (Indians) and African-Americans will be targeted.
China: China is yarash(ing) North America from the European via outsourcing. The stupid European is making it easy via ‘free trade’. (NAFTA etc.) In World Wars One and Two all the powers of the enemy nations could not shut down even one small factory in North America. The United States won the wars primarily because the United States could out manufacture Germany, Italy and Japan. The United States was called ‘the arsenal of Democracy’.
Low wages in China and Mexico drive down wages in the United States. Without
appropriate tariffs on imports and exports U.S. businesses, to remain
‘competitive’, must also outsource manufacturing. Factories are being closed, not by
bombers and bombs as in World War Two Germany, but by silent economic
warfare. Anyone taking a cruise down the Ohio River will see factory after
factory rusting away. Huge factories that, at one time, employed thousands
and all paying a living wage. These factories stand just as idle as if they
had been bombed from the air.
Definitions of tariff on the Web:
A duty(or tax) applied to goods transported from one country to another, or
on imported products. Tariffs raise the prices of imported goods, thus
making them less competitive within the market of the importing country.

A tariff is a tax placed on imported and/or exported goods, sometimes called a customs duty. A revenue tariff is set with the intent of raising money for the government. A protective tariff, usually applied to imported goods, is intended to artificially inflate prices of imports and "protect" domestic industries from foreign competition (see also effective rate of protection). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tariff
How economic warfare works:
When there is a trade imbalance not corrected by tariffs money flows to the
low wage nation. All the dollars going to low wage nations must return
somehow. The return should be by the purchase of Made in U.S.A. goods and
services. But since the foreign slave wage employees cannot afford to
purchase much at all, the profits are then used by the merchants to purchase
even more United States business, industry and real estate. This further enriches
the merchants allowing them to buy more of the target nation’s resources. (A
violation of the Bible’s Inheritance laws.)
Put your thinking cap on: Might a nation on the borders of the target
rich nation benefit from having a large number of poor? Yes, if a takeover
were the goal, then poverty would promote immigration into the target
nation. Look at the South West of the United States. Is it being prepared
for a Mexican takeover? Poor Mexicans cross the border, get jobs such as
police officer, buy property, register to vote, and elect fellow Mexicans
into public office.
Or might a distant nation benefit from low wages in factories making merchandise for the target nation? (Yes.) Having single young low wage people living in factory dormitories increases the trade deficit of the targeted nation. The greater the target’s trade deficit the more money available to purchase more of the target’s business and industry. It is much easier, safer, and more economical making war this way than by turning these same young people into soldiers and sending them to get shot at and killed as they try to invade and take the target nation by force.

1. And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having
great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her (It's called a global economy and free trade.), and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 4. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. 6. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. 7. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. 8. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. 9. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, 10. Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. |
11. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no
man buyeth their merchandise any more: 12. The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, 13. And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. (The list starts with gold and ends with pauper labor.) 14. And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. 15. The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16. And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! 17. For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18. And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! 19. And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. 20. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her |
Trade War Continued: A business in the United States will have a (1) manufacturing buildings, (2) patents and trade secrets, and (3) an established distribution network to get the products sold.
The people in the targeted nation buy low wage foreign products resulting in a trade deficit.
The targeted people buy other products such as automobiles thus helping to close their own automobile factories and helping to put their own autoworkers out of work.
The foreign nation buys the real estate, business and industry of the target nation with the excess trade dollars.
When the foreign company buys the business, along with the business they get the patents and trade secrets.
They operate the U.S.A. factory long enough to learn the business and build a new manufacturing plant in their own land.
The foreigners use the now closed factory's existing distribution network to sell the foreign made product.
Each purchase of Chinese product at a Big Box Store brings a Chinese soldier closer to our shores.
With all the closed manufacturing plants America has no chance to be a future ‘arsenal of democracy’. In a time of war, if new factories were needed, they could not even be built since the building materials would have to be imported from the enemy nation’s factories on the enemy nations ships. This kind of an enemy has no need to bomb U.S.A. factories simply because there will be none.
| Genesis 14:2. And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth, | Exodus 19:55. Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: |
Sometimes God moves people into vacant lands. At other times God takes land from one people and gives it to another. Landlords will, from time to time, evict one tenant and move in another. God is no different, vacant properties are rented and tenants who misbehave are evicted.
One of the curses for breaking God’s Laws, Statutes and Judgments is found in Deuteronomy 28:49.
The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;
The Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 against England were just about the only wars fought against a people speaking the same language as the Americans. Do the White Europeans living in violation of God’s Laws, Statutes and Judgments understand Chinese? Read all about, what many believe is a prophesied invasion of North America by China and its allies, it is in Ezekiel 38 and 39.
The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

9. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they
shall inherit the earth. 11. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. 22. For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. |
29. The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever. 34. Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it. |
Ownership of land was not to move from one tribe to another. A modern day
application would be, the land of one state is not to pass to another. The
land of one nation is not to pass to another.
|
2. And they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give the land for an
inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by
the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his
daughters. 3. And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance. 4. And when the jubilee of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers. |
7. So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe
to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the
inheritance of the tribe of his fathers. 8. And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers. 9. Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance. 12. And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father. |
The land in Numbers 36 was taken by conquest from another people. Once in Israel's possession, the land was to be kept and the prior remaining tenants evicted. The United States took land by conquest from Mexico in the Mexican-American war. Upon the conclusion of the war remaining Mexicans should have been deported and the border secured.
Likewise, had Mexico won the war, it would have been Mexico’s duty do evict any remaining White European property owners. Tourists and those visitors looking for a good Mexican restaurant would be welcome, but not as citizens or property owners.
| Numbers 33:55. But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell. |
The above verse in context and its application to the United States.
|
50. And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near
Jericho, saying, 51. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan; 52. Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places: 53. And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it. |
54. And
ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your
families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the
fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be
in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers
ye shall inherit. 55. But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell. |
The immigrants from Mexico and other non White European lands are doing just as God
promised they would. Today they are, just as God promised, "pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your
sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell."
| 56. Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them. |
This means the eventual eviction of White Europeans from North America! This is already taking place slowly in many cities and states such as California, Texas and New Mexico.
