Revelation 15 KJV*
3 And they sing the song of
Moses the servant of God, and the
song of the Lamb, saying,
Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are
thy ways, thou King of saints. KJV = King James Version |

Deuteronomy 31
16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy
fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods
of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and
will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.
------------------
19 Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the
children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a
witness for me against the children of Israel.
------------------
26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of
the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness
against thee.

Deuteronomy 32 - The Song of Moses
Verse One
1 Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak;
and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain,
my speech shall distil as the dew,
as the small
rain upon the tender herb,
and as the showers upon the grass:
3 Because I will publish the name of the LORD:
ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
4 He is the Rock,
his work is perfect:
for all his ways are judgment:
a God of
truth and without iniquity,
just and right is he. |
|
Deuteronomy 32 - The Song of Moses
Verse Two
5 They have corrupted themselves,
their spot is not the spot of his children:
they are a perverse and
crooked generation.
6 Do ye thus requite the LORD,
O foolish people and unwise?
is not he thy father that
hath bought thee?
hath he not made thee, and established thee?
7 Remember the days of old,
consider the years of many generations:
ask thy father, and he
will shew thee;
thy elders, and they will tell thee.
8 When the most High divided to the nations their inheritance,
when he separated the sons of Adam,
he set the bounds of the
people
according to the number of the children of Israel. |

Deuteronomy 32 - The Song of Moses
Verse Three
9 "For the LORD'S portion is His people;
Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance.
10 "He found him in a desert land,
And in the howling waste of a wilderness;
He encircled him, He cared for him,
He guarded him as the pupil of His eye.
11 "Like an eagle that stirs up its nest,
That hovers over its young,
He spread His wings and caught them,
He carried them on His pinions.
12 "The LORD alone guided him,
And there was no foreign god with him. |

Exodus 19
3 And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of
the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and
tell the children of Israel;
4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on
eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my
covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all
people: for all the earth is mine:
6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation.
These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of
Israel. |
|
Deuteronomy 31
29 For I know that after my death ye will utterly
corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded
you; and evil will befall you
in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the
LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.
----------------------
21 And it
shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them,
that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it
shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know
their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought
them into the land which I sware. |

Revelation 12
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with
the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of
twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained
to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great
red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon
his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did
cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which
was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was
born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations
with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his
throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place
prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two
hundred and threescore days.
---------------------------
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he
persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she
might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished
for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. |

Hosea 2
6 Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make
a wall, that she shall not find her paths.
7 And she shall follow after her lovers, ... (Worship other Gods.)
14 Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the
wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.

15 And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of
Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of
her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of
Egypt.
16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt
call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.
17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and
they shall no more be remembered by their name.
18 And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts
of the field and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping
things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the
battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.
19 And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth
thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness,
and in mercies.
20 I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt
know the LORD.
21 And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the
LORD, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;
22 And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil;
and they shall hear Jezreel.
23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy
upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which
were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art
my God.

Isaiah 35
1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and
the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and
singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency
of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the
excellency of our God.
-----------------------
6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the
dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams
in the desert.
-----------------------
9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up
thereon, it shall not be found there;
but the redeemed shall walk
there: |

Deuteronomy 32
10 He found him in a desert
land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he
instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
11 As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young,
spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:
12 So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was
no strange god with him. |

Deuteronomy 32
13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might
eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of
the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;
14 Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams
of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat;
and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape.
15 But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art
grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which
made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. |

Deuteronomy 33
4 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the
congregation of Jacob.
5 And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the
tribes of Israel were gathered together. |

Isaiah 44
1 Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:
2 Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the
womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou,
Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon
the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing
upon thine offspring: |
